Yeah

So it's been awhile!! I was doing really good for about a week, got down to 266.8 but the past couple days I went a little bit crazy lol. I've been eating everything I shouldn't be and as of this morning im back to 270.6.

I don't know why I keep sabotaging myself! My birthday is next week and I want to be down to 256 (that'll be 30 lbs total) But now I know it's not gonna happen. Im going to get back on track and get as much off as possible before then though.

The finale to Biggest Loser was last night and just seeing all the hard work all those people but in at home was really inspiring. Especially Jerry who was only on campus for 2 weeks and won the at home challenge. He lost a whopping 177 lbs in like 9 months!! How awesome is that?? I'm watching like, if this 64 year old man can do this by himself in that little time then I can most definitely lose the 70 lbs I want to lose in the next 7.5 months. AND I WILL!!

I can do it. Just wait and see. Watch out world here I come!!

and again....

Once again we are starting over! TOM is gone so I'm ready to get back on track. I've worked out the past three days straight so I'm really proud of myself for not slacking on that! On the other hand I've just been kind of eating whatever. Bad, I know but I'm about to head out to the grocery store to restock for the next couple days I just wanted to do a quick weigh in so here goes...

Start (Feb 09) = 286
Last week = 273.6
This week = 272

A 1.6 lb loss which is not bad! Keepin it up!!

TOM

Well I haven't really been posting as much lately SORRY! I've been a little down on myself the past couple days, it's almost TOM so all I wanna do is eat!! Lol It's so bad. Ive been exercising pretty regularly I just find it hard to push myself you know! I had a really long day so I decided to switch my rest day which is usually Sunday and take it today. Hopefully I'll get some good sleep and tomorrow is a brand new day!

Also, I forgot to do my weigh in yesterday oops! Well there was no change, but at least I didnt gain! So just a refresher here it is

Start (Feb. 09)- 286
Last week/this week - 273.6

Workin for a better week next friday!

Another thing....what happened to my food logs? Thats another thing I need to get back on track and stop letting myself give in everytime I wanna eat!! lol

Running out of titles....lol

On Biggest Loser on Tuesday Jillian gave a training tip. She said to take a deck of cards and make each suit something different (hearts is push-ups, spades is crunches etc..) then flip the cards and do the number of reps on the card. Face cards were 10 reps and the aces gave a minute of rest. I for one thought this sounded like a cool idea.

Recently I've been sticking to cardio and skipping my strength training so I'm trying to get back into it. So yesterday I try this idea. It was fun, I got a great workout, I was sweating my butt off. I made it through about 30+ cards...not bad. This morning I was regretting all the squats though! My thighs are killing me!

So needless to say I've been a slacker today :) I haven't been on the computer a lot lately, trying to keep moving you know.

This weekend me and my mom are having a garage sale, fun stuff right? lol Well Grey's is about to come on, new episode woo hoo! So I shall return tomorrow!

Here I go again...

OK as i mentioned food wasn't so good on Saturday, well it wasn't so good yesterday either! I have big issues with weekends and I really dont know why because they're just like every other day! lol Well here i start again for this week! I did my grocery shopping today and stocked up on good foods again. Yay me lol.

Another thing I forgot to do was my weight update on friday! So here it is as of friday...

Starting weight = 286
Last week = 275.2
This Week = 273.6

Down 1.6 pounds, not bad!

Alright I have nothing left for tonight so until tomorrow!
