On Biggest Loser on Tuesday Jillian gave a training tip. She said to take a deck of cards and make each suit something different (hearts is push-ups, spades is crunches etc..) then flip the cards and do the number of reps on the card. Face cards were 10 reps and the aces gave a minute of rest. I for one thought this sounded like a cool idea.
Recently I've been sticking to cardio and skipping my strength training so I'm trying to get back into it. So yesterday I try this idea. It was fun, I got a great workout, I was sweating my butt off. I made it through about 30+ cards...not bad. This morning I was regretting all the squats though! My thighs are killing me!
So needless to say I've been a slacker today :) I haven't been on the computer a lot lately, trying to keep moving you know.
This weekend me and my mom are having a garage sale, fun stuff right? lol Well Grey's is about to come on, new episode woo hoo! So I shall return tomorrow!
