So, im going about my day today and this is what im noticing....im pickin up jelly beans and eating them without even realizing it! My mom was like what are you doing? Im looking at her like what is she talking about? Then it hits me, Im eating pure sugar! Lol I was amazed at how naturally it came to me that I didnt even notice I was doing it! Crazy
