I just finished my workout for the day woohoo! My normal cardio is 1.5 miles in 45 minutes. Im kind of endurance traing for a 5mile im doing on May 17 so I pretty much stick to cardio. Well i just did 1.5 miles in 40 minutes which mean my endurance is getting better i can handle a faster pace. Im trying to work up by working at the same pace for a week just adding extra minutes then upping my speed the next week and slowly upping my minutes......did that make sense??
All I know is i can hop on my treadmill and stay on there a lot longer than i could last week and at a faster pace so what Im doing is working! Time for a shower while the bambino is still sleeping!
