Who Am I?

Once i had made decision to take back my life I knew I'd need help. There was no way I could do this alone. So, of course, just like with everything else, where do I turn? The internet.

After hours of searching I found Jillianmichaels.com. At this point I had never seen or heard of her. After reading up on her and her program i decided to take the 7 day free trial membership to the website. After just a few days i was hooked. Everything she said made sense. There were no crazy starvation diets that promise results without hard work. She was real. Real weight loss comes with being healthy, physically and emotionally. You have to eat right, you have to exercise, you have to dig deep and figure out who you are.

As much sense as it makes, it is not at all easy. One hour workouts 5 days a week, counting every single calorie you consume, and paying attention to what you put in your body. One of Jillians big things is DONT EAT CRAP! Lol But trust me people THIS IS TOUGH! Especially when you've grown up eating nothing but crap. Still i decided to continue my membership after the trial. The support system there is really great with all the other members but i still find it really really hard to open up and post on message boards.

From the time i joined until now i have lost 10.4 pounds. It could have been more but Im not perfect. Ive fallen off the wagon more times than i can count. The important thing is that i continue to get back on. I have my good days and i have my bad days. Its all a part of the journey and im in it for the long haul.
